采用拉丝、裁切、磨圆等工艺精制而成。外观光亮、无锈，圆珠状(切丸,圆柱状)。广泛应用于铜、铝、锌、不锈钢等工件的表面喷抛处理，对于加工后的工件具有亚光效果，突出金属本色，不生锈等优点，无须进行酸洗除锈处理而且耐磨度是铸造钢丸的3-5倍，可以降低生产成本。
